By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or purchasing any furniture piece, you enter into a legally binding contract with us. If you do not agree with every single rule listed on this page, you must immediately stop using our website. We reserve the right to update these rules at any time without prior notice.

2. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

When you decide to purchase a center table or console table, you must provide current, complete, and perfectly accurate purchase and account information. If you provide a fake name, an incomplete address, or an incorrect phone number, we reserve the absolute right to cancel your order immediately. You are financially responsible for any failed deliveries caused by incorrect details provided during checkout.

3. Right to Refuse Service and Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. This restriction may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and shipping address. If we believe an order is placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, we will cancel the transaction and issue a refund.

4. Pricing Glitches and Typographical Errors

Technology is not always perfect. Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors or system glitches relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. For example, if a premium marble center table is accidentally listed for a fraction of its actual cost due to a software error, Maison Arbor holds the absolute right to cancel any orders placed for that item. We will issue a full refund if your payment has already been processed, but we are not legally obligated to honor the incorrect price.

5. Natural Materials and Product Representation

Maison Arbor prides itself on using premium natural materials. You acknowledge that solid wood will always have unique grain patterns, and natural marble will always feature distinct veining and color variations. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your mobile phone or computer monitor will display the colors perfectly. Minor visual differences between the digital image and the physical product are completely normal and do not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

6. Protection of Intellectual Property

All original content on this website, including our brand name, logo, product photography, and written text, is the intellectual property of Roadside Visionaries trading as Maison Arbor. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, copying, or reproducing our images to use for your own commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of Maison Arbor intellectual property will result in immediate and severe legal action.

7. Secure Payments and Financial Liability

We provide a secure checkout experience using trusted payment gateways like Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI. However, Maison Arbor is not a bank. We shall not be held liable for any payment failures, double deductions, or financial losses that occur due to server downtime, banking network failures, or technical glitches originating from your bank or our payment aggregator.

8. Prohibited Uses of the Website

Customers will be duly informed in such cases, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

10. Limitation of Liability for Property Damage

Our furniture is extremely heavy and robust. By purchasing from us, you agree that Maison Arbor is entirely free from liability for any indirect or accidental damages caused by our products. If you drop a heavy wooden console table and damage your flooring, or if you place excessive weight on a glass top table causing it to break and damage surrounding items, Maison Arbor is not financially responsible. Our maximum legal liability will never exceed the exact amount you paid for the specific product.

11. Custom Made Orders Size Confirmation

All custom-made products are manufactured strictly as per the sizes approved at the time of order confirmation. Customers are requested to carefully verify measurements and space requirements before placing the order. Size or fit related concerns will not be eligible for replacement, return, or remaking once production has commenced.

12. Third Party Links and Tools

Our website may include links to external platforms, such as our official Instagram page or our shipping partners like Shiprocket or Delhivery. We do not control these external websites. We are not responsible for examining their content, and we do not accept any liability for any damages or issues you face while using these external platforms.

13. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maison Arbor, and all our employees from any claim or demand made by a third party. If you break the law or violate these Terms and Conditions, and someone sues us because of your actions, you agree to cover all our legal fees and resulting damages.

14. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement and any separate agreements where we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive and sole jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
