2. Order Processing and Dispatch Timelines
True craftsmanship cannot be rushed. Once your transaction is successfully authorized, our quality assurance team begins a rigorous inspection of your selected center tables, coffee tables, or console tables to verify structural integrity, wood grain, and marble finish. Following this inspection, your piece is securely placed into heavy wooden crating designed specifically to withstand the rigors of transit. Please allow a standard timeframe of 15 to 17 days for your order to be fully processed, dispatched, and delivered to your designated address.
3. Complimentary and Calculated Delivery Zones
We are exceptionally proud to offer complimentary freight services for all orders exceeding Rs. 50,000 originating within the state of Gujarat. Our primary logistical focus ensures rapid fulfillment for our patrons residing in Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, and Rajkot. For our esteemed clientele located in other states across India, a calculated paid delivery fee will be applied during the checkout process. This specific freight charge is calculated dynamically based on the exact volumetric weight of your furniture and the geographical distance to your location.

We have formally partnered with industry-leading networks, specifically Shiprocket and Delhivery. These organizations are fully integrated with our Shopify platform and possess the necessary infrastructure to handle heavy, fragile, and high-value freight. Upon the dispatch of your crate from our facility, you will be provided with an official tracking portal to monitor the journey in real time.
5. The Ground Floor Delivery Protocol
Our products are constructed from solid, premium materials including heavy marble and solid wood. Consequently, the crated furniture possesses significant weight. To comply with standard occupational safety regulations and to prevent any accidental property damage, all deliveries are strictly classified as ground floor or main building entrance drop-offs. Our logistics personnel are entirely prohibited from manually carrying these heavy crates up staircases, maneuvering them into residential elevators, or placing them inside your private living quarters. We politely mandate that customers arrange for adequate manpower or building staff to securely transition the furniture into the home upon its arrival.
6. Address Accuracy and Unsuccessful Deliveries
Providing a perfectly accurate and complete shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Our logistics partners will make multiple professional attempts to deliver your package. If the courier is unable to reach you via the contact number provided, or if the shipment is rejected at the destination without valid cause, the heavy freight will be returned to our primary facility. In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) scenario caused by customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the customer assumes full financial liability for both the initial forward shipping costs and the subsequent reverse logistics fees.
7. The Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
Maison Arbor takes extraordinary measures to protect your investment. However, transit incidents involving fragile natural materials can occasionally occur. To officially qualify for any transit damage assessment, the customer must record a continuous, completely unedited video of the unboxing process. This video must clearly capture the sealed wooden crate, the attached shipping label, and the continuous extraction of the furniture from its packaging.
8. Transit Damage Claims and Resolution
If you discover any structural damage or material breakage upon opening your crate, you are strictly required to notify our concierge team within 48 hours of the official delivery timestamp. You must submit the aforementioned uncut unboxing video alongside high-resolution macro photographs of the specific damage. Claims submitted outside of this 48-hour window, or claims lacking the continuous video evidence, will be summarily dismissed. Maison Arbor resolves validated transit damage claims by issuing prompt component replacements rather than monetary refunds.
